With this newly created role, which is the result of the continuously expanding business opportunities, local and international, it is the ambition of 12hoist4u to enhance its activities in the niche market of hoisting and lifting.
Heleen has an all-round Human Resource experience in Royal Dutch Shell Group. She has 35 years of experience in payroll- and salary administration, expatriate service, training & development, HR advice and most recent from Shell The Hague offices as technical recruitment experienced hires for Operations and maintenance staff at the sites Shell Pernis and Shell Moerdijk.

With Heleen’s arrival 12hoist4u is determined to continue the upward trend. This growth is the result of the increasing interest shown by various market leading companies who discovered our professionalism and high level of service and knowledge. More and more often 12hoist4u is approached by international market leading companies with specialised requests and requiring custom made advice. We are happy to report that over 90% of these requests have been fulfilled with help of our extensive and professional network of lifting, hoisting and heavy transport professionals.
12hoist4u is able to deliver experienced and qualified staff for every customer from all kinds of industries that is in need of personnel with lifting and hoisting qualifications. This can be major oil & gas companies requiring Technical Authorities, EPC contractors requiring Rigging Engineers, International contractors in need of a Safety Advisor specialised in Lifting and Hoisting or heavy lift and crane rental companies requiring crane operators. The “Hoisting and Lifting industry” is a niche market.
In her role as Senior Recruiter, Heleen will be responsible for recruiting and headhunting. In the same time she is also dedicated to improve 12hoist4u services! She is the first point of contact for all permanent vacancy recruitment.

Heleen is married to Klaas, a retired Shell Nederland Raffinaderij B.V. Pernis Maintenance & Integrity Supervisor and Chairman of the Staff Council Pernis and Central Staff Council in the Netherlands. She has one daughter, likes to cook, read, fitness and walk with their dog.
